For the Vegan Mac and Cheese Instant Mix:
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Tapioca starch
- 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Vegan lactic acid powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Salt (fine sea)
For Making the Vegan Mac and Cheese:
- 200 g Macaroni
- 350 ml Plant milk
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
Blend ingredients until powdered.
Boil pasta until al dente.
