Ingredients
  

For the Vegan Mac and Cheese Instant Mix:

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Tapioca starch
  • 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Vegan lactic acid powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt (fine sea)

For Making the Vegan Mac and Cheese:

  • 200 Macaroni
  • 350 ml  Plant milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients until powdered. 
  • Boil pasta until al dente. 
  • Combine milk and powder, and whisk until thick. Add butter, melt, combine, and mix with pasta.
