Ingredients
  

  • Boneless Chicken Breasts – 2 pcs
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Fresh Rosemary – 1 tsp finely chopped
  • Cedar Wood Plank optional – Soaked in water
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste
  • Grilled Vegetables Zucchini, Capsicum, Asparagus – To serve
  • Quina – 1 cup cooked

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic paste, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • If using cedar plank, soak it in water beforehand.
  • Preheat grill and place chicken on cedar plank or directly on grill.
  • Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until chicken is golden brown and tender.
  • Serve grilled vegetables and quinoa with chicken.
  • Drizzle with extra lemon juice and olive oil for a delicious lemon sauce.

Notes

  • Using a cedar plank gives a unique, smoky flavor, but if not available, you can grill directly.
  • The longer the marinate, the tastier the chicken will be.
  • It’s important to balance the lemon juice and rosemary, without too much tang.
