Boneless Chicken Breasts – 2 pcs
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Fresh Rosemary – 1 tsp

Cedar Wood Plank
optional – Soaked in water
Salt and Pepper – To taste
Grilled Vegetables
Zucchini, Capsicum, Asparagus – To serve

Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic paste, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
If using cedar plank, soak it in water beforehand.
Preheat grill and place chicken on cedar plank or directly on grill.
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until chicken is golden brown and tender.
Serve grilled vegetables and quinoa with chicken.
Drizzle with extra lemon juice and olive oil for a delicious lemon sauce.
Notes
Using a cedar plank gives a unique, smoky flavor, but if not available, you can grill directly.
The longer the marinate, the tastier the chicken will be.
It’s important to balance the lemon juice and rosemary, without too much tang.
