- 1 Tin Pineapple (shredded)
- 1 cup American cheese
- 1 package Cream cheese, softened
- Pimentos
- Whip Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Celery (chopped)
- 1 cup Bell pepper (chopped)
- Garnish with Paprika
- Lemon Jell-O
Put a big pan on the stove.
Pour a can of crushed pineapple into the pan, and mix it over low or medium heat.
Add a big packet of lemon or lime Jell-O powder to the pineapple. Stir it with a flat spoon or spatula until it's all mixed.
Put a whole packet of softened cream cheese into the mix. Keep stirring until the cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the chopped bell pepper, celery, pimento, and crushed pecans to the pan. Stir these ingredients with a wooden spoon over medium or low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and gently add a bowl of whipped cream to the cooked salad. Be careful not to spill it.
Move the mix to a big serving dish and sprinkle paprika and shredded American cheese on top once everything's mixed.
