Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon Canola oil (or Grape Seed Oil)
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate.
- Tear iceberg lettuce into pieces and chill.
- Dress the salad and generously top it with cracked black pepper.
