Ingredients
  

For Chicken:

  • 6 chicken tenders
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

For Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil.
  • Add salt and pepper to chicken.
  • Wrap each chicken with one bacon strip.
  • Put wrapped chicken on baking sheet.
  • Mix brown sugar and soy sauce together.
  • Add honey and vinegar to mixture.
  • Cook glaze in pot for 5 minutes.
  • Stir until glaze gets thick and shiny.
  • Bake chicken for 15 minutes first.
  • Brush glaze on chicken pieces halfway through.
  • Bake 10 more minutes until bacon is crispy.
  • Check chicken temperature is 165°F inside.
  • Brush more glaze on top before serving.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.

Notes
