Heat oven to 400°F.
Cover baking sheet with foil.
Add salt and pepper to chicken.
Wrap each chicken with one bacon strip.
Put wrapped chicken on baking sheet.
Mix brown sugar and soy sauce together.
Add honey and vinegar to mixture.
Cook glaze in pot for 5 minutes.
Stir until glaze gets thick and shiny.
Bake chicken for 15 minutes first.
Brush glaze on chicken pieces halfway through.
Bake 10 more minutes until bacon is crispy.
Check chicken temperature is 165°F inside.
Brush more glaze on top before serving.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.
