- 5 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Lard
- 3/4 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup Boiling water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix yeast in warm water; beat egg in it.
Mix sugar, salt, and lade in warm water; add cold water.
Combine both mixes in a bigger bowl.
Slowly add flour while you mix.
Knead dough for 15-20 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
Put rolls in greased bowls after pinching the dough.
Let the balls rise for half an hour; then bake.
Brush the top of each roll with oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
