Ingredients
  

  • 5 1/2 cups  Flour
  • 1 large  Egg
  • 1/4 cup  Lard
  • 3/4 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Lukewarm water
  • 3/4 cup Boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 packet  Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix yeast in warm water; beat egg in it.
  • Mix sugar, salt, and lade in warm water; add cold water.
  • Combine both mixes in a bigger bowl.
  • Slowly add flour while you mix.
  • Knead dough for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  • Put rolls in greased bowls after pinching the dough.
  • Let the balls rise for half an hour; then bake.
  • Brush the top of each roll with oil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Your Beef House Rolls are ready to serve, and great with tea.
