Ingredients

  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Toppings:

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Mint leaves optional
  • Powdered sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Step 2: Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Step 3: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter together.
  • Step 4: Press crust mix into each liner bottom.
  • Step 5: Bake crusts for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  • Step 6: Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 7: Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream.
  • Step 8: Mix until fully blended and lump-free.
  • Step 9: Spoon cheesecake mix onto each crust evenly.
  • Step 10: Bake for 15–18 minutes until set.
  • Step 11: Cool on a rack, then chill 2 hours.
  • Step 12: Top with fresh berries before serving.
  • Step 13: Add mint or sugar dust if desired.
