- 1 packet yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese soft
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp butter
Mix yeast with warm water.
Wait 5 minutes.
Add sugar, milk, and butter.
Mix in egg and flour.
Knead dough until smooth.
Let rise 1 hour.
Beat cream cheese fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Roll dough flat.
Spread cheese on dough.
Add blueberries on top.
Roll up tight.
Cut into 12 pieces.
