Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup  All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup  Butter
  • 1/4 cup  Ice-cold water

For The Cream Filling:

  • 8 oz  Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup  Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup  Whipping cream

For The Strawberry Glaze:

  • 1 cup  Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup  Sugar
  • 1 package  Strawberry jello

For The Whipping Cream:

  • 1 package  Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla

Instructions
 

Prepare Crust:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix flour, salt, butter, and water to form dough.
  • Shape dough into small balls, sprinkle with flour, fold, and place in a greased pie pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then let it cool.

Create Cream Layer:

  • Beat cream cheese in a bowl, add vanilla and powdered sugar.
  • Pour in heavy cream, whisk until smooth, and spread into a cooled crust.
  • Refrigerate the pie with the cream layer.

Build Strawberry Layer:

  • Combine corn flour and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Stir in water, heat until thickened, then add strawberry Jell-O.
  • Cool the mixture, arrange strawberries on the cream layer, and glaze.

Chill the Pie:

  • Refrigerate the pie for 2-3 hours.

For Whip Cream Topping:

  • Mix vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy cream for whipped cream.
