Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon milk if you want it creamier

Instructions
 

  • Put the cabbage, carrots and green onions in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  • Add milk to make it creamier.
  • Refrigerate the cole slaw for 30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled with food.

Notes

  • Use fresh vegetables to maintain the crunch.
  • If you like it sweet, add a little more honey.
  • Adding mustard paste will enhance the taste.
  • Refrigerate for a while before eating.
