Instructions
Put the cabbage, carrots and green onions in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
Add milk to make it creamier.
Refrigerate the cole slaw for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled with food.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables to maintain the crunch.
If you like it sweet, add a little more honey.
Adding mustard paste will enhance the taste.
Refrigerate for a while before eating.
