Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Lump crab meat
  • 1 large Egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup  Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper (diced)
  • Additional breadcrumbs for patties
  • Butter (for cooking purposes)
  • Thai Sriracha Asian Hot sauce (for serving)
  • Wasabi herb sauce (for serving)
  • Garnish With Lemon wedges
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Begin by placing parchment paper in a baking dish.
  • Set the dish aside; mix Worcestershire sauce, Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Blend in mustard, salt, parsley, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
  • In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, red pepper, and crabs.
  • Shape mixture into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and refrigerate.
  • After 2 hours, heat a skillet with butter on the stovetop.
  • Fry 2-3 patties at a time until golden brown on each side.
  • Repeat until all patties are cooked, then bake in a preheated oven.
  • Drizzle with Bonefish Grill Wasabi Sauce and Thai Sriracha before serving.
