- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- Oil for frying
- 1 egg beaten for sealing
Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
