- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups crushed Butterfinger bars
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
Put parchment paper on your tray.
Mix peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl.
Add powdered sugar. Mix until thick and smooth.
Add crushed Butterfingers. Stir everything well.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place balls on tray.
Put tray in fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave bowl.
Add coconut oil to help melting (optional).
Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
Put them back on tray.
Chill again for 15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
