Biscuit Topping:
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
For Mixture:
- 2 1/2 cups Mixed vegetables thawed (peas & carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups Rotisserie
- 3 cans Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine chicken, soups, sour cream, cheese, milk, garlic, butter, veggies, and seasonings.
Pour mixture into prepared dish.
In a bowl, mix Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, water, and cheese.
Spoon the biscuit mix over the cream mixture evenly.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Mix 4 TBSP melted butter with herb seasoning. Brush on top.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
