Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Medium-sized Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Head  Garlic Roasted
  • 1 tablespoon Pineapple (Crushed)
  • 1 ½ cup  Domino Dark Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Jack Daniels Whiskey  
  • 1 ¼ cup  Dole Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup  Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
 

For The Roast Garlic Head:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Halve garlic head; place on foil.
  • Drizzle, brush with oil; wrap loosely in foil.
  • Roast for 30–35 minutes; then set aside.

For The Bourbon Glaze:

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion until soft.
  • Then, add roasted garlic, crushed pineapple, brown sugar, Jack Daniel's Whiskey, pineapple juice, Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
  • Boil, then simmer on low heat for 12–15 minutes; reduce by half.
  • Remove from heat, let thicken; then pour into a glass jar.
