Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  • Add shredded chicken to the pan.
  • Mix in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Take off heat. Let it cool a little.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Add this creamy mix to the chicken.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Put chicken mix in the center of tortilla.
  • Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
  • Add lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Fold the sides and roll it up.
  • Put the wrap in a hot pan.
  • Grill until golden and cheese melts.
  • Take it out, cut in half, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Warm tortillas before filling so they don’t break.
  • Add chili sauce if you like it spicy.
  • You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • These wraps freeze well for later.
