- 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Cut mozzarella into small cubes.
Put flour in a small bowl.
Crack eggs into another bowl and whisk them.
In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Add garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cheese cube into the flour first.
Then dip into the egg mixture.
Roll in the breadcrumb mix until coated.
Place on a plate or tray.
Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (180°C).
Fry the bites in small batches.
Cook until golden brown and crispy.
Place on paper towels to drain oil.
