- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Scallions (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Italian parsley (minced)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (low sodium if available)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh dill (minced)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Fresh oregano (minced)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Fresh basil (minced)
Blend mustard and water to form a paste in a bowl.
