Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for baking.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Place chicken cubes in the skillet, and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper for seasoning.
Add flour to the skillet, stir and cook for about 1 minute.
Slowly pour in milk and water while stirring constantly.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Stir in 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Transfer chicken and sauce to a 9-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix biscuit ingredients until soft dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll the dough to ½ inch thickness.
Cut dough into 8 biscuits.
Place biscuits on top of the chicken in the baking dish.
Brush biscuits with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with preferred sides.
