- 4.30 oz Chicken Boneless
- 3 cups Water mixed with concentrated Stock
- 2 Green Onions aka Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp Ginger + Garlic
- 1.76 oz Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Creole Seasoning
Make sure all ingredients are prepared. Slice spring onions. Set aside greens. Chop stalks for garnish.
Cut chicken into strips. Set aside.
For the egg, boil water. Drop an egg. Cook for 1 min, cover. Turn off. Wait 3 mins. Crack, cool in water. Set aside.
Heat pan. Add oil. Toss in onion bulbs. Stir-fry. Add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry more.
Add chicken. Cook both sides for 1-2 mins. Season. Stir in broth, and water. Mix.
Medium-high heat. Add noodles and soy sauce. Mix. Simmer for 10 mins.
Serve in bowls. Add half egg, and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
