Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 4 fresh lemons juiced
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel cucumbers completely. Remove all green skin carefully.
  • Chop cucumbers into small pieces. Use sharp knife.
  • Add cucumber pieces to blender. Pour cold water.
  • Blend mixture for 2 minutes. Make it smooth.
  • Strain cucumber water through mesh strainer. Remove pulp.
  • Add fresh lemon juice to strained liquid.
  • Mix honey until completely dissolved. Stir well.
  • Add ice cubes to pitcher. Pour mixture.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Enjoy fresh.
