  • Rubber spatula
  • Pretty serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  • Leave cream cheese out for 30 minutes.
  • Let butter reach room temperature too.
  • This makes mixing much easier.
  • Add them to your mixing bowl.
  • Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • This takes about 2 minutes.
  • Pour in both sugars slowly.
  • Add vanilla extract next.
  • Mix until completely combined and creamy.
  • Use your spatula for this step.
  • Gently mix in the mini chips.
  • Don't overmix at this stage.
  • Fold in most of the sprinkles.
  • Save some for decorating the top.
  • Your dip is now ready!

Notes

  • Always use softened butter and cream cheese.
  • Cold ingredients create lumps in your dip.
  • Use mini chocolate chips instead of regular ones.
  • They distribute better throughout the mixture.
  • Add a pinch of salt for flavor balance.
  • It makes the sweetness pop even more.
  • Chill the dip for 30 minutes before serving.
  • This helps flavors blend together beautifully.
  • Use holiday-themed sprinkles for extra festive appeal.
