Instructions
 

  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  • Mix it with powdered sugar until smooth.

  • Fold in chopped dried cranberries gently.
  • Add pecans if you like extra crunch.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on your board.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly across it.
  • Leave a small border around edges.
  • Don't overfill or rolling becomes difficult.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas carefully.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly from one end.
  • Wrap rolls in plastic wrap securely.
  • Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
