Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup  Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups  Milk
  • 3 tablespoons  Butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons  Salt
  • 2 teaspoons  Pepper
  • 1 Dash  paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Cook pasta per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat until slightly bubbling.
  • Add flour, cook for 1 minute.
  • Slowly whisk in milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Add cheese, salt, pepper, and mustard; whisk until smooth.
  • Combine cooked pasta, and blend well.
  • Transfer to a casserole dish, optionally top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until golden and bubbling.
