Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices soft bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cut edges off bread slices. Roll each slice flat with rolling pin.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Spread cream cheese on each bread slice. Put cinnamon sugar on top of cream cheese.
  • Roll up each slice tight from one end.
  • Beat eggs, milk, vanilla in bowl.
  • Heat butter in pan on medium heat.
  • Dip each roll in egg mix completely.
  • Cook rolls in hot butter 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn rolls until golden brown everywhere.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk for topping.
  • Pour topping over warm rolls.
