  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (25g) 
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (240ml) 
  • 1/2  Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (15ml) 
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (2.5g) 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (0.625g)

Instructions
 

  • Put all items in a blender.
  • Mix until smooth consistency.
  • Pour in glass or bottle.
  • Drink right away or Keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
