Mix breadcrumbs with milk for five minutes.
Put all meats in big bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, egg, and cheese.
Mix in garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.
Mix gently without pressing too hard.
Roll into twenty-four small balls.
Heat oil in pan.
Cook meatballs until brown all over.
Add marinara sauce to pan.
Cook for twenty minutes covered.
Check meatballs are cooked through.
Add fresh basil before serving.
