Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup  Pure cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, put together the heavy cream, whole milk, and pure cane sugar.
  • Put the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and keep stirring it constantly. Do this until the sugar completely disappears, and the mixture becomes warm.
  • Take the saucepan off the heat, and mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
  • After that, place it in a sealed container and put it in the fridge until you're ready to use it.

Notes

  • Start with a small amount and add more if you want it sweeter.
  • If you want extra flavour, use it with coffee that's already flavoured, like vanilla or caramel.
