Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), line sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Parmesan, panko, basil, oregano, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
Place flour in one bowl and beat eggs in another.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, press into Parmesan mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer browned chicken to a sheet, and top with marinara, and mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked, and the cheese is golden.
Garnish with fresh basil, and serve hot.
