Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces 4% cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 ½ cups Uncooked Israeli couscous 
  • 1 cup Whole milk or half & half
  • 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

For The Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch  Salt
  • cup Unseasoned bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Boil salted water; add olive oil.
  • Cook couscous for 5 minutes; drain.
  • Mix butter, cheese, milk, salt, pepper.
  • Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
  • Add couscous to the cheese mix.
  • Transfer the mix to a greased pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, butter, paprika, and salt.
  • Sprinkle mix on couscous.
  • Bake for 25 minutes; cool before serving.

Notes

  • Cook couscous alone for the best taste.
  • Use strong cheddar cheese.
  • Mix well to avoid lumps.
