- 8 ounces 4% cottage cheese
- 4 ounces Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 ½ cups Uncooked Israeli couscous
- 1 cup Whole milk or half & half
- 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- ⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
For The Topping:
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt
- ⅓ cup Unseasoned bread crumbs
Boil salted water; add olive oil.
Cook couscous for 5 minutes; drain.
Mix butter, cheese, milk, salt, pepper.
Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
Add couscous to the cheese mix.
Transfer the mix to a greased pan.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix breadcrumbs, butter, paprika, and salt.
Sprinkle mix on couscous.
Bake for 25 minutes; cool before serving.
