Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cubed
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain pasta and set aside.
  • Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in large skillet.
  • Cook chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter to same skillet.
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add thyme, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  • Return chicken to skillet and combine.
  • Add cooked linguine and toss together.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  1. Don't overcook chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
  2. Reserve pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
