- 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Half cup Flour
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 4 Medium potatoes (cubed)
- 5 Carrots (peeled and cubed)
- 2 large turnips cubed
- 1-quart beef stock (high-quality)
- 1 beef bouillon
- 3 Fresh sprigs thyme
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Peas
Combine salt and pepper with flour, coat meat, and set aside.
