  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small ice cream scoop or spoon
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper carefully.
  • This prevents the balls from sticking badly.
  • Put turkey in your large mixing bowl.
  • Add cranberries and stuffing to the bowl.
  • Pour in the beaten egg slowly.
  • Add chicken broth gradually until mixture holds together.
  • Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Use your scoop to portion the mixture.
  • Roll each portion into a round ball shape.
  • Each ball should be golf ball sized.
  • Place them on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Spray the balls lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  • They should turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Let them cool for five minutes only.
  • Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy.

Notes

  • Don't make the mixture too wet or dry.
  • Add broth slowly to get perfect consistency.
  • Use day-old stuffing for better texture results.
  • Fresh cranberries work great instead of dried ones.
  • Freeze unbaked balls for quick future meals.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven, not microwave.
  • Add cheese for extra flavor and richness.
