Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper carefully.
This prevents the balls from sticking badly.
Put turkey in your large mixing bowl.
Add cranberries and stuffing to the bowl.
Pour in the beaten egg slowly.
Add chicken broth gradually until mixture holds together.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Use your scoop to portion the mixture.
Roll each portion into a round ball shape.
Each ball should be golf ball sized.
Place them on your prepared baking sheet.
Spray the balls lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
They should turn golden brown and crispy.
Let them cool for five minutes only.
Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy.
