Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Put cauliflower pieces in large bowl.
  • Add olive oil to cauliflower.
  • Mix garlic powder and onion powder together.
  • Add all spices to cauliflower bowl.
  • Toss everything together very well.
  • Spread cauliflower on baking sheet evenly.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over cauliflower pieces.
  • Add breadcrumbs if you want extra crunch.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Turn pieces once halfway through cooking.
  • Remove when edges are brown and crispy.
  • Add fresh parsley on top.
  • Serve hot right away.
