Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
Put cauliflower pieces in large bowl.
Add olive oil to cauliflower.
Mix garlic powder and onion powder together.
Add all spices to cauliflower bowl.
Toss everything together very well.
Spread cauliflower on baking sheet evenly.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over cauliflower pieces.
Add breadcrumbs if you want extra crunch.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Turn pieces once halfway through cooking.
Remove when edges are brown and crispy.
Add fresh parsley on top.
Serve hot right away.
