Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • Chop all your vegetables first.
  • Dice the onion into small pieces.
  • Slice the carrots thin.
  • Chop the celery. Mince the garlic cloves.
