Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cut cold butter into small pieces.
  • Add butter to flour mixture completely.
  • Use pastry cutter until mixture resembles crumbs.
  • Whisk pumpkin, milk, and egg together.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture.
  • Stir until dough just comes together.
  • Turn dough onto floured surface gently.
  • Pat into 8-inch circle shape.
  • Cut into 8 triangular wedges.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
