Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups  All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup  Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup  Warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon  Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Salt
  • Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk (sweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds

For the filling:

  • 1 cup  Coconut (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup  Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup  Water
  • 1/4 cup  Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup  Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons  Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

  • Mix warm milk and sugar in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle yeast over milk. Wait 5 mins for froth.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.
  • Gradually add flour, one cup each time, mixing well.
  • Knead dough for 5-7 mins until smooth and elastic.
  • Put dough in a greased bowl, cover, let rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Filling:

  • Combine coconut, sugar, water, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan.
  • Cook on medium heat till thick. Cool down.

Shape and Fill:

  • Divide dough in two. Roll each into a rectangle.
  • Spread condensed milk, then coconut filling on rectangles.
  • Roll tightly, pinch ends. Place logs in a circle on a baking sheet.
  • Rise for 30-45 mins. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush dough with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins until golden.

For The Glaze:

  • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
  • Add food colouring if desired. Drizzle over cooled cake.

For The Serving:

  • Transfer cake to platter.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Slice the cake into servings.
  • Place on plates or trays.
  • Arrange toppings nearby.
