  • Heat oven to 425°F (220°C) for a perfect roast.
  • Wash, peel, and cut Endura carrots into even pieces.
  • Place carrots in a bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Toss carrots for an even coat, ensuring a beautiful roast.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs if available.
  • Spread seasoned carrots on a baking sheet, leaving space.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  • Optionally, toss them once for even browning.
  • When perfectly roasted, remove and serve immediately.
