Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add brown sugar and honey.
  • Stir until everything melts together smoothly.
  • Pour this mixture into your baking pan.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top evenly.
  • Set the pan aside for now.
  • Mix warm milk and yeast in a bowl.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, and sugar.
  • Mix well together.
  • Add flour and salt slowly.
  • Knead the dough for 8 minutes.
  • It should feel soft and smooth.
  • Cover with a towel.
  • Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  • Roll dough into a large rectangle.
  • Make it about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Spread softened butter all over the dough.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one end.
  • Cut into 12 equal pieces using a knife.
  • Place cut rolls in the prepared pan.
  • Put them on top of the pecan mixture.
  • Cover with a towel again.
  • Let them rise for 30 more minutes.
  • They should look puffy and soft.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes.
