Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add brown sugar and honey.
Stir until everything melts together smoothly.
Pour this mixture into your baking pan.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top evenly.
Set the pan aside for now.
Mix warm milk and yeast in a bowl.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add melted butter, eggs, and sugar.
Mix well together.
Add flour and salt slowly.
Knead the dough for 8 minutes.
It should feel soft and smooth.
Cover with a towel.
Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Roll dough into a large rectangle.
Make it about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread softened butter all over the dough.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
Roll the dough tightly from one end.
Cut into 12 equal pieces using a knife.
Place cut rolls in the prepared pan.
Put them on top of the pecan mixture.
Cover with a towel again.
Let them rise for 30 more minutes.
They should look puffy and soft.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes.
They should turn golden brown on top.
Remove from oven carefully.
Wait 5 minutes only.
Flip the pan onto a serving plate.
The sticky topping will be on top now!
