Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg  Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Meringue powder
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup  Clear corn syrup
  • 1 cup  Water

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 500g powdered sugar and meringue powder.
  • Attach the paddle and add 5-6 tablespoons of water. Mix on low speed until fluffy.
  • Transfer to another bowl and cover with a damp towel. Set aside.
  • In a different bowl, mix 500g powdered sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and water.
  • Use the paddle attachment, and mix on low until combined.
  • Increase speed, mix for 3 minutes until molasses-like consistency.
  • Add the reserved royal icing to the glaze, and combine well.
  • Frankenfrosting is now ready for use.

Notes

  • Make sure your butter is soft to achieve a fluffy and smooth texture.
  • Add powdered sugar slowly and mix well to avoid lumps.
  • Don't forget vanilla extract for that delicious and authentic flavour.
