Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Mix dry items

  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Add wet items

  • Put egg, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.

Heat pan

  • Place pan on medium heat. Add little butter.

Pour batter

  • Pour small amount of batter into pan.

Cook both sides
