- 1 cup butter soft
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Heat oven to 325 degrees first.
Grease tube pan with butter well.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix flour and salt together.
Add flour mix to butter slowly.
Pour in milk and vanilla together.
Add almond extract and mix smooth.
Pour into greased pan evenly.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Test with toothpick in center.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto cooling rack.
Slice when completely cool.
