Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups  Butter
  • 1 lb  Cheddar cheese
  • Wiri wiri peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 cups  Flour

Instructions
 

  • Soften butter to room temperature or slightly warm in the microwave.
  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Halve wiri wiri peppers, remove stem and seeds, then chop.
  • Blend wiri wiri peppers, cheese, butter, mustard, salt, and paprika until creamy.
  • Mix in flour until smooth, forming thick dough.
  • Dice wiri wiri peppers; mix with cheese, butter, mustard, salt, and paprika.
  • Blend with fork or hands. Transfer mixture to piping or ziplock bag.
  • Use a piping bag or ziplock for dough, forming finger-length shapes on sheets.
  • Bake for 10-15 mins or until browning occurs.
  • Cool on tray for 10 mins, then move to rack with spatula.
  • Fully cool before serving. Enjoy your delightful creation!

  • Use strong cheddar cheese for better taste.
