Let's begin by preparing the pineapple. Peel and cut it into chunks.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles.
Scoop pineapple filling into each circle.
Brush the edges with a beaten egg.
Fold the dough into a triangle shape, pinch to seal.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes.
