Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Spicy red pepper (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang Korean fermented chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey or use brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (chopped)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Marinate meat for a richer flavour, preferably overnight or 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with toasted sesame seeds and peppers.
  • Enjoy!
