- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Spicy red pepper (minced)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang Korean fermented chilli paste
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey or use brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (chopped)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate meat for a richer flavour, preferably overnight or 30 minutes before cooking.
Serve with toasted sesame seeds and peppers.
