Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Banana Caramel
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 vanilla/ chocolate shake mix
  • 2 pieces Ripe Banana
  • 250 ml  Low-fat milk / Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Ice cubes
  • Peanuts

Instructions
 

Prepare Dry Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, combine 2 scoops each of Formula 1 Banana Caramel and Formula 1 vanilla/chocolate shake mix. Add peanuts.

Create the Milkshake:

  • Using a blender, pour 250 ml of room-temperature milk. Add dry mix, 2 ripe bananas, and ice. Blend for 2 minutes until a thick banana milkshake forms.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for good taste.
  • Add ice to make it cool.
  • Try a little cinnamon for extra warmth.
