- 4 pork chops thick ones
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves chopped small
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Put salt and pepper on pork chops. Let them sit for 15 minutes. Heat oil in large pan.
Cook pork chops 3 minutes each side. Take chops out of pan. Turn heat down low.
Add butter to same pan. Cook garlic for 30 seconds. Mix honey and soy sauce in bowl.
Pour honey mix into pan with garlic. Add thyme and cook 2 minutes. Put pork chops back in pan.
