  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar for topping optional
  • Sliced almonds for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the cake pan

  • Grease the cake pan with butter and line with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Beat wet ingredients

  • In another bowl, beat melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, and almond extract.

Combine wet and dry mixture

  • Slowly add dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir gently until smooth.

Pour and bake

  • Pour batter into the pan. Sprinkle sliced almonds. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden.

Cool and serve
