- 1 kg Chicken meat (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise and sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
- 1 Stalk Celery (chopped)
- 1 White onion (chopped)
- 4 Boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sweet-hot pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- Salt (to taste)
Start by frying minced chicken in a bit of oil until fully cooked. Keep it going for 5 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, chop veggies, including onions, into small cubes blending with the chicken.
Chop celery and eggs. Add almonds for a nutty touch – crush them for the salad.
