Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg  Chicken meat (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup  Mayonnaise and sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup  Slivered almonds
  • 1 Stalk  Celery (chopped)
  • White onion (chopped)
  • Boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup  Sweet-hot pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Start by frying minced chicken in a bit of oil until fully cooked. Keep it going for 5 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, chop veggies, including onions, into small cubes blending with the chicken.
  • Chop celery and eggs. Add almonds for a nutty touch – crush them for the salad.
  • Once the chicken's done, transfer it to a bowl.
  • Mix chopped onions, celery, and eggs into the bowl.
  • Make it moist by adding mayo, cream, and lime juice for a fantastic taste.
  • Sprinkle dry seasonings and top it with crushed almonds.
  • Add spices while cooking for extra flavour or cheese if you love it.
