- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (store-bought or homemade) (14 oz)
- 1 cup Spiced rum
- 3 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons Fresh-brewed black coffee (cooled)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Coconut extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream (chilled) or half & half
Start by brewing black coffee, and allowing it to cool. Use a robust, black variety for optimal flavour.
Then, blend all ingredients except heavy cream in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Add heavy cream to the mixture, blending briefly to avoid lumpiness.
