Ingredients
  

  • 1 can  Sweetened condensed milk (store-bought or homemade) (14 oz)
  • 1 cup  Spiced rum
  • 3 tablespoons  Chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh-brewed black coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon  Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon  Coconut extract
  • 1 cup  Heavy cream (chilled) or half & half

Instructions
 

  • Start by brewing black coffee, and allowing it to cool. Use a robust, black variety for optimal flavour.
  • Then, blend all ingredients except heavy cream in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Add heavy cream to the mixture, blending briefly to avoid lumpiness.
  • Transfer the rum cream to an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Before serving, shake well to redistribute settled chocolate syrup. Serve chilled or over ice.
